Can I cancel my order?
- Please get in touch ASAP if you’d like to cancel your order as once it’s shipped, we can’t cancel your order. Please contact us once it’s received if you’d like a refund
What Metals are used?
- We use a variety of metals for our earrings which include Stainless Steel, Sterling Silver and Copper. Our earrings that are made of Copper all have a Sterling Silver Post, ensuring no allergic reactions, whilst the Copper offers a sturdy body for our versatile designs.
Will I get allergies?
- All our pieces have either a Sterling Silver or Stainless-Steel post, which are both hypoallergenic metals and are very gentle on piercings. If your piercing is not fully healed/ prone to infections, we can’t guarantee reactions won’t occur and recommend consulting a piercer for advice.
Can I return/refund my order?
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not allow returns on earrings. Returns on necklaces are allowed within 30 days, given the product is in its original condition.
- If your product is faulty, please contact our team via helloluckysix@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Do you ship internationally?
- Sorry, no! UK only.
When will my order be shipped?
- Orders will be shipped 2-3 business days after a purchase.
Where is my order info?
- Once you order you will automatically receive a confirmation email including your order number.
- When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email too.
Do you accept Klarna?
